Airlines are finally figuring it out.

If you can’t fit

Seats have gotten smaller and smaller. If you have ever spent a flight with your neighbor spilling into your seat, then you will appreciate this. If you are the one spilling over, quit whining. Each and every person paid for their seat. You don’t get to share theirs because your backside is too big for the one seat you bought. Since some folks don’t seem to care, the airlines are finally taking steps to ensure that those of us who paid for our seats actually get to use all of them, without dealing with a neighbor “overlapping”. And don’t even start screaming lawsuit, it’s been tried against Southwest many times, they have always prevailed.
