About bloomin’ time!

Everything on the place has started blooming now that the weather has turned warm. Since I like to share my flowers, here ya go.

This bush is only TWO YEARS OLD! I dug up a very tiny start from an old homesite. They were bulldozing everything, I only had time to get one tiny sprig about a foot tall. Look at what it has become. It’s some type of antique floribunda. It only blooms in the Spring, and the smell is so strong. I wish I could bottle it.

The same rose bush as above. It’s just gone crazy 🙂

One of my many iris. They are all going nuts.

I have no idea what the hell this is. I obviously planted it, but I don’t have a fecking clue what this might be.

One of the many blooms on my passion vines. They have also gone crazy this year.

Yet another iris. I forget the name.

Tropicana rose. So pretty with it’s many color stages.

An old fashioned iris. This one is unique, it is scented. And the thing smells like cotton candy.

Iris, again. I think I dug this one up somewhere.

White flag iris. It’s an oldie but goodie.

Close up view of a bloom from the rose bush in the first picture.

Rose “Burgundy Iceberg”. This one also has such a strong scent, one bloom will perfume the whole house.

And another pic of “I don’t know what the hell it is, but I like it”.
